I am a naturopath based in Adelaide with a keen interest in healthy ageing, bone and lymphatic health and enhancing cognition, sleep, and mood. I love learning about the tiny truths of the body: fascia and other connective tissue, bioelectrics, glymphatics, as well as mitochondrial function. I also adore the big picture behind health - holism, vitalism and our interconnection with the rest of nature. For many years I worked as a flight attendant and now (as well as being a mother) enjoy helping others through my calling as a herbalist and nutritionist, having completed a Health Science Naturopathy degree. I have worked as the resident naturopath in a pharmacy setting and also have experience assisting osteogenic-loading, balance, strength and posture in a wellness centre using vibration technology and the emerging field of frequency medicine. I attempt to empower and kickstart each body's own intrinsic healing system to get my patients back towards their optimal health, wellness and vitality, especially in our later years. I use lifestyle and nutritional tweaks and love formulating personalised herbal medicine remedies, to assist each client individually.
