As a qualified clinical nutritionist, she uses current scientific evidence and traditional food wisdom to influence the function and balance of the body, and to treat or prevent disease. Alison loves to teach and help others understand how their body is responding to food and the environment, and helps build well-being in a practical way, positively influencing a person's daily life.

As a holistic practitioner, Alison treats the cause and not the symptoms. She has had varied experiences with clients from all walks of life, and has special interest in digestive and gut issues, gut pathogenic overgrowth including bacterial and fungal, auto-immune disease, fatigue, menopause and peri-menopause, metabolic health including insulin resistance, managing weight and sleep issues.
