I am a gut health specialist and mental health dietitian. I graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters in Dietetics. Since working as a dietitian, I've gravitated towards working with adults who suffer uncomfortable gut symptoms and mental health struggles. I love to inspire my clients and uncover their strengths to improve their health to the best of their ability.
