Overview

Caitlin graduated as a "very" mature student in 2022. Caitlin has always had an interest in food and how it can impact a person’s health. She believes that making small changes, evolving with that change and accepting it as part of everyday life is what makes the health journey a positive experience no matter what the client’s health goals are.

Caitlin has had health concerns herself and has been striving to use food to help combat or lower the likelihood of further problems. Her interest took her to study a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) which included over 400 hours of clinical practice. Dietary changes alongside changes in lifestyle can help bring to fruition the client’s individual goals.
