I'm a Clinical Nutritionist who is passionate about helping people find the root cause of their fatigue, trouble sleeping, joint pain, perimenopause, and menopausal symptoms and supporting optimal heart and metabolic health, using predominantly a food-first approach. You can't supplement your way out of a poor diet.

My goal is to support women in healthy aging, just because you've turned 40, it doesn't mean you have to feel like crap.
