I am a degree-qualified naturopath, Reiki master, mother, wife, and lover of effective natural health education and support. I have always had a passion for helping others; I started my career as a health information manager, while volunteering with St John’s Ambulance and a local aged care facility. During this time, I completed my Reiki mastership, tarot & clairvoyance, and level 4 kahuna massage certificates. After 10 years of working in public health, I enrolled in Bachelor of Health Science - Naturopathy at Southern School of natural therapies.

I am a dedicated and passionate naturopath focusing on postpartum health. My personal health experience led me to explore the benefits of naturopathy, which inspired me to help others and pursue a career as a naturopath.

I am committed to helping my patients achieve optimal health and wellness by using my intuition and the latest evidence-based research to address the root cause of their health concerns. I believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy and fulfilling life, and I am committed to helping my patients achieve this through natural and holistic healthcare practices. I believe that self-awareness and education are key components to achieving this, and I am dedicated to helping my clients understand the root cause of their health concerns and provide tailored treatment plans to best suit them and their lifestyle.
