Hi I'm Leigh, a Naturopath / Herbalist with a keen interest in Children's Health, ADHD, ASD, methylation, digestive health and all things related to women's health.

As a woman in peri-menopause, I understand the challenges of navigating the hormonal roller coaster. As a wife and mother of three, I know how easy it is to put family first, often neglecting our own health and well-being. But I also know what it feels like to be balanced, energized, and full of vitality— you can too.

I have experienced the wonders of natural healing whilst supporting individuals through various health challenges. This journey has led me to develop a special interest in children’s health, exploring the world of Epigenetics and its role in ASD/ADHD, other behavioural disorders and common health challenges.
These experiences inspire me to help others find their way, naturally.
