With a keen focus on creating realistic, sustainable solutions for a wide range of health concerns, Michaela places great emphasis on preventative care and client education, empowering individuals to understand their mind and body without overwhelm or negativity. Her approach integrates nutrition, Western herbal medicine, and functional medicine to provide a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to health.

Beyond her practice, Michaela has a lifelong love of travel, nature and food, which has cultivated a deep respect for diverse cultures, and a motto that being healthy doesn't have to be boring. Her volunteer work nationally and abroad has instilled commitment to community care and founded her belief in the power of compassion and connection to foster healing. In her downtime, Michaela rides horses, develops recipes and creates memories as a baker/cake decorator, while also spending time with her fiancé and beloved rabbit, Henry.
