blockage in the body and therefore time and patience are required to truly remedy any problems for optimal health and benefits to endure.

This holistic approach views the mind and body as an integrated system, where emotions and well-being influence each other in a dynamic loop.

Nadia will incorporate a few therapies in her treatments that may include cupping, massage, gua sha and moxibustion and will assess and discuss
with you therapies that include diet therapy and stretches, that may be beneficial to achieve your wellness goals.
