My philosophy is simple: Nourishment can be achieved with ease and joy. Balance and flexibility are key to enjoying life's pleasures.
As a nutritionist, I enjoy helping individuals reconnect with the pleasure of eating well and cultivating a healthy relationship with food. I approach disease prevention and management through a multidimensional lens, taking into account the whole individual—body, mind, and soul—to help you achieve optimal health and navigate chronic conditions with greater ease. I also apply the latest evidence-based nutritional medicine and scientific research to ensure a holistic, individualised, sustainable, and patient-centred approach.
