Clinical Naturopath (BHSc)
Renée Rowling is a degree-qualified clinical naturopath dedicated to finding and treating the root cause of imbalance or ill health in her patients, rather than providing a “band-aid” solution.
Renée aims to work with and support her clients by focusing on nutrition, sleep, stress, daily movement and environmental wellness. She will take you through a comprehensive case analysis and work with you to formulate an achievable treatment plan that is tailored and unique to your needs - “holistic, yet realistic”. It will include evidence-based dietary and lifestyle modifications, complemented by herbal and nutraceutical supplementation to facilitate and support the optimal conditions for health.
Renée believes that education is the foundation of long-lasting good health. She will work with you to not only work to address your immediate needs, but will equip you with the tools to support ongoing health and wellness.
Renée is not the kind of Naturopath who is going to tell you that you can’t enjoy a glass of wine on the weekend, or that you have to give up your favourite treat (chocolate!). She believes in balance and will help you to find yours so you can enjoy great health AND a live a life that you love!
Renée has a particular interest in supporting:

• thyroid conditions
• optimising diet and correcting nutritional imbalances.
When's she not practicing as a naturopath, Renée works as an environmental scientist in the water industry. She lives with her hubby Baz and fur children.
