As a Dietitian, Sports Dietitian & Exercise Physiologist my purpose is to inspire people to develop a more conscious, enjoyable relationship with food and exercise to perform at their best and reclaim their health. When I’m not helping clients achieve their goals, you’ll find me out running or in the kitchen cooking up a storm!
I enjoy providing personalised nutrition plans and exercise programs to assist a range of clients optimise their lifestyle and performance, specialising in weight loss, vegetarian/vegan diets, gut health and sports performance.
