Overview

Hi, I’m Rosie Ware. I’m a Certified Practicing Nutritionist and hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition, graduating from Endeavour College of Natural Health with the Dux medal for outstanding achievement.

As a mother of teenage twins, with a corporate background, I know all too well the demands of modern life! I’m passionate about making healthy eating attainable, with practical strategies that fit into real-life schedules. I believe in a holistic approach to nutrition, taking into account not just diet but also lifestyle factors that influence overall well-being.

I work with a range of health conditions, bringing an individualised approach to each client’s needs. With a special interest in women’s health, I support clients through life stages such as preconception, pregnancy, and perimenopause, as well as assisting with gut health, weight management, metabolic disorders, and more. In addition, I offer sports nutrition for adults and teenagers. Whether the goal is training for an event, playing team sport, or simply looking to improve physical health, I provide evidence-based nutrition advice to boost energy levels, improve endurance, and aid recovery.

I help clients to achieve realistic and sustainable nutrition solutions through a compassionate, practical, and evidence-based approach. This includes investigating nutritional status and personal health in detail, as well as utilising blood tests and specific functional testing, where appropriate. Recognising the importance of personalised treatment, I work in collaboration with you to define your health goals and support you on your journey to feeling and performing at your best.
