As a nutritionist, I provide a holistic approach to health by looking at more than just what foods you eat. Together, we will look at the quality of food, quantity, how you eat, when you eat, how your body absorbs nutrients, and how your body is functioning with those foods. It’s important to consider all these factors when trying to support your optimal health! In addition to this, nutritionists can also use functional testing to help gain a better understanding of your body and how to best nutritionally support it.
