When it comes to health, there is a lot of information (and misinformation) that can be extremely difficult to navigate. I’m here to guide and support you to better health using evidence based nutritional medicine practices. I will look into your diet and lifestyle and use functional testing if necessary to come up with a plan to help you to become your healthiest you.
My philosophy is food first, supplements second. Supplements are a really important tool to correct any deficiencies that are holding you back in your health goals. But often we tend to lean on supplements without correcting the reason why we were deficient in the first place. Nutritional deficiencies can lead to a whole range of serious health ailments and disease, including anxiety, depression, eczema, poor digestion and so much more.
