This service is available to EXISTING clients only. The consultation includes a 15 minute review to determine your dietary requirements / cooking abilities / access to facilities so that I can provide you with a personalised, actionable meal plan to suit your needs. As part of this service, you will receive a 7 day meal plan (breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 x snacks), with a minimum of 20 recipes / meal ideas in PDF format. The plan will be sent to your email address within 2 business days after our appointment. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. - Have a think about the top 1-3 symptoms / health issues that you are currently experiencing.
