Kira Bramley

Overview

Kira is a degree qualified naturopath from Gerroa, NSW and is both the founder and clinical naturopath at NOW NATUROPATHICS.

Kira’s passion for naturopathy began during her own health journey, where she first felt truly heard by a healthcare practitioner. Recognising that everyone’s path to health is unique, she now strives to help others redefine their wellbeing and achieve balance through a root-cause approach.

Kira combines traditional knowledge with current evidence-based research to deliver the best possible treatment plans to her clients. Kira recognises the complex interplay between body systems and their effects on one another and therefore aims to pinpoint the root cause of one’s condition and work outwards from there.

By combining conventional healthcare with; in-depth case taking, functional testing, nutraceutical supplementation and herbal medicines, Kira aims to re-balance the equilibrium of health at an individual level focusing on ones unique needs.

Kira’s goal is to empower her clients with a deeper understanding of their health by providing personalised education on effective self-care strategies and proactive measures to both manage and prevent disease.
